It is the customer's responsibility to call to have the container removed.

All roll-off container orders require a pre-payment before delivery. This payment will be subtracted from your final bill. Over-payments will result in a credit to your account.


Higher pre-payments will be charged for loads that include many items for which the Buena Vista County Recycle Center charges extra.

All materials must be placed inside the container in such a manner that it does not extend above the sides of the container. Container must be filled in a manner that ensures even distribution of weight. Customer must provide clear access to the container for loading and unloading purposes.


Garbage Hauling Service has all licenses needed to haul and dispose of waste; however, contractors and homeowners are responsible for permits.
